Physiologic Assessment of Mitral Stenosis

This is doctor Julie huffed Meyer with our opening anesthesia intra operative T. E. case of the month for August 2014. Each month we feature operative case which teachers are emphasizes an important aspect of basic intraoperative T. E.. Our patient this month has a history of diastolic heart failure systemic hypertension pulmonary hypertension chronic kidney disease and the truth of relation on coumadin. Our vision also has known mitral stenosis with significant mitral annular calcification and was admitted to the hospital with heart failure and volume overload.
