This is doctor Julie healthcare with our opening anesthesia intraoperative T. E. case of the month for April 2013. Each month we feature inoperative case which teaches or emphasize an important aspect of basic intro operative T. E.. Our case this month is a 52 year old man with a past medical history of morbid obesity chronic kidney disease. Struck a plea back me on home oxygen and bilevel positive airway pressure at night malignant melanoma hypertension and diabetes mellitus. He presented with worsening shortness of breath and fatigue.
