I do experience still on arrival done right. Well I'm not so sure now I mean this guy in front of me. I still remember space in the room he was in a community hospital I took care of. Is 42 years old get a witness dressed. And he was the brother a friend of mine. Well really more of an acquaintance but it still added just a little bit of a twist to the situation. I knew he had a wife and a kid. And it's not that that matters we wanted the best for everyone to come in to see us. But it did make me think about this a little differently. This was an elderly patient who is probably suffering more than really thriving this guy was going to be missed. He was needed by lots of people and we really really want to get him back.
