B-roll of various locations around New York City related to the New York fire and police departments and the events of Sept. 11, 2001. Scenes include the World Trade Center site, a firehouse and a memorial wall. Several individuals are interviewed about Sept. 11. Interviewees are as follows: Sgt. Maj. Vincent Mannion and his son, Dylan, from Fort Totten, Queens, N.Y. Sgt. Maj. Mannion is with 301st Information Operations Battalion and is an NYPD detective in the Counter Terrorism Division in his civilian job. Maj. Thomas Sullivan, from Fort Totten, Queens, N.Y., is with 389th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, and is a financial advisor for Axa Advisors in his civilian job. Command Sgt. Maj. Christopher Whiteford, and his wife Gloria, are from Uniondale, Long Island. CSM Whiteford is with 310th Military Police Battalion and is a New York City police detective in his civilian job.
