How to Release Anger In this short video I am going to share with you a simple qigong healing sound technique to allow you to simply and easily release anger, frustration, irritation and resentment. This is a simple and easy technique that will allow you to release anger in a healthy way slowly over time. The effects of this practice are cumulative. When you practice this simple technique every day for just one to two minutes a day you will notice that over time your experience of anger, frustration, irritation and resentment will gradually reduce and that you will go with the flow and feel much more loving and kind towards yourself and others.
