Hatha Flow Yoga Let your warrior spirit rise with this 30 minute hatha flow yoga class. The hatha yoga poses in this class will flow from your heart center to activate and kindness, generosity, compassion, and resilience. The intention behind the poses and teachings in this class is to feel the stability of your heart, deeply connected to the earth and while your warrior energy will naturally arise. The hatha yoga poses in this class will release your thoracic spine and open your heart center in a grounded and stable way. We will focus on rotation and lateral flexion of your spine. We will practice warrior two pose, warrior one pose, warrior three pose, side angle pose, reverse warrior pose, and even some Goddess Victory Squat. There will also be some gentle flows to support the grounded activation of your heart center. May this class allow the warrior spirit that is already within you to rise up and allow its natural expression in the world to bring kindness, generosity and compassion to yourself and those in need.
