Three years ago, federal Conservatives gathered in Toronto and chose Saskatchewan's Andrew Scheer to be their leader, in a 13-ballot, 15-candidate marathon. We know how that story turned out. There's every indication when Conservatives pick a new leader in June, there will be many fewer ballots and candidates. What's the state of the race today?
