As occupational therapists we work with a wide range of diagnosis.  At times we may have to up our game in the case of some dual diagnosis or when a client has multiple diagnosis that affects his/her activities of daily living or occupations.  Here is an interview of a young man diagnosed with both Autism and Paranoid Schizophrenia.  What approaches would you use?
