In this video, CIA Chef Michael Skibitcky prepares Provençal Alaska Salmon. The Alaska king salmon in this dish is served with grilled eggplant, peppers and zucchini and topped with tomatoes, niçoise olives for a delicious, healthy and light summer entree.
