According to the Toronto Police Service, 51 people have been killed in road collisions in 2019. Now, with fewer daylight hours those numbers will likely only rise. For some, the number of incidents is symbolic of a growing aggression on the city's streets. The Agenda looks at the reasons for this aggression and how the streets can be made safer for everyone.
