When nine Ontario officers died by suicide in 2018, the province's chief coroner Dr. Dirk Huyer assembled an advisory committee to try to understand what the root causes were and recommend solutions. Psychologist Dr. Lori Gray, one of the contributors to the subsequent report, found police work culture to be an important part of the issue. They join an Agenda discussion on the shift in perspective that's needed in police work.
