This is doctor Amanda Kleiman what the open anesthesia intraoperative teed case of the month for June 2017. Each month we feature an operative case which teaches or emphasizes an important aspect of basic and drop of T. E.. Her picture for this month is a 65 year old man with history of a previous 3 bustle cabbage and mechanical AB are 10 years previously. He unfortunately developed severe ischemic cardiomyopathy with a left ventricular ejection fraction of 10 to 15 percent. His other past medical history was significant perhaps pretension hyperlipidemia type and type 2 diabetes. He presented for left ventricular assist device placement.
