Helen Zughaib is one of the most renowned Arab-American artists of our time. She had to flee her homeland of Lebanon several times due to conflict. Today, her paintings are hung across the globe, including at the White House and the World Bank. Her latest collection, the Syrian Migration Series, is on display at Washington's Gallery al-Quds until February 28. She joins us from the US capital to talk about her work and explain how her personal experience has influenced her art.
