Cutting Back on Meat

It used to be that Canada's food guide listed meat, poultry, and fish as the main sources of protein. That's shifted in the past few decades. And now, according to a recent report, more than 6 million Canadians limit the amount of meat they eat, and a growing number have gone off meat altogether. The Agenda welcomes Sylvain Charlebois, the lead author of that report.
