This is doctor Amanda climb in with the open Anastasia intraoperative tee hee hee case of the month for March 2017. Each month we feature an operative case what changes or emphasizes an important aspect of basic and property of TV. Our vision for this month is a 55 year old man was stage for sarcoidosis who presents for bilateral lung transplant. His past medical history was pertinent for coronary artery disease for the low normal injection fraction and our current respiratory infections with confirmed aspergillosis which was being treated with voriconazole.
