This is for all my gamers... When playing games using a controller for extended periods of time, your hands can begin to become tired, weak, have decreased ranges of motion, and even hurt.  These simple exercises can guide you to relief and keep you at the top of your game.  Gamers should share this with other gamers and parents should practice these exercises with their child gamers as well.
