Not all clinics or facilities that you find yourself are going to have the same equipment.  All OT settings are not created the same.  Here is an example of just that.  I was in a clinic, with minimal resources.  However, i made the best of what I had and came up with a cool activity to work toward our established occupational therapy goals.  Check it out...
