Hey OT's/OTA's. We've all have those long days sitting in front of the computer, getting our documentation/notes together.  Sometimes the extended hours of typing and scrolling through the internet can be harsh on your hands and wrists. It's becoming more and more important to stretch and exercise your wrists during the day in order to keep them limber and pain free.  Here are a couple of effective and easy ways to keep your wrists at their best.
