This is doctor Amanda Kleiman with the open Anastasia and Tropper of T. E. case of the month for September 2016. Each month we feature operative case which teachers or emphasizes an important aspect of basic and drop of tea. Our position is a 22 year old G. for Pete to patient at 29 weeks just station who was admitted with nausea chest pain with concern for congestive heart failure exacerbations. Her past medical history was significant for history of Perry part I'm cardiomyopathy with her previous pregnancy. Her medical history included protein C. N. S. deficiency complicated by prior pulmonary embolism and deep venous thrombosis. And multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type one.
