Welcome back 10 many meds school in geriatrics and I'm very pleased this evening to be welcoming my colleague Candace Kim she's fairly new to our division to having recently moved from Boston where she wrote a letter talk about her work experience but where she worked in acute care and also long term care working with older patients and here she works on our acute care for elders unit in the hospital so she's a tremendous clinician to be talking to us tonight about navigating the hospital and care transitions so thanks so much for your attention and as always we look forward to your questions so I'm not really excited to be participating in the mini med school chorus and thank you everyone for coming tonight.
